Great truths about growing old

1) Growing old is mandatory; growing up is optional.
2) Forget the health food. I need all the preservatives I can get.
3) When you fall down, you wonder what else you can do while you're down there.
4) You're getting old when you get the same sensation from a rocking chair that you once got from a roller coaster.
5) It's frustrating when you know all the answers, but nobody bothers to ask you the questions.
6) Time may be a great healer, but it's a lousy beautician.

these are good! fortunately for me, if i take my glasses off and look in the mirror, i have this nice flattering soft focus lens effect, so i look pretty good. it's when i'm out in the light of day and glance in the rear view mirror with my glasses on that i wonder who the hell that is staring back at me!

i love number 5. i have often heard my inner voice comment like that..oh wait, did i just write that? lol...

thank you for your encouragement dear friend...my son who turns 13 tomorrow asked in his bday and/or Xmas wish list to get a video camera and to get a you tube account, lol..

that boy has no idea how he is so not getting a you tube acct...he is funny that kid!

what he has captured in the digital cameras around here is either hillarious and incredibly embarrassing. hmm...there is mommy exercising, hmm.. there i'm in my undies walking about my room...hmmm...there is mommy snoring, lol...

ouch, my self steem, lol...

i'm sure someone, whether i like or not, will video tape our dancing, lol..hopefully i will have some say on editing, lol, either way, i may just be sharing it all before someone else does...

good to see Catch about...

hugs to the family..and love to you and your beautiful wife.
