Keep feeding the gulls and there will always be more than ducks! It is against the law to feed them in Vegas -- and I've yet to see any in Hawaii. Here the bird at the end of your picnic table eying your fried chicken is a dove.
The cook on the ore boat I worked on used to feed the gulls. He would throw them pieces of bread. When they were used to it he would soak the bread in hot sauce and throw it to them and then laugh as they dove to the water. He was not a nice guy.

Around here the gulls like to dine at the landfills. They have discriminating tastes, to say the least.

As promised, Bazza. And again, you do not disappoint. Beautiful!
But I just have one question: You said you fed the gulls and the pigeons. But you neglected to say what TO.
The cats, perchance?
Or to the tortoises, maybe?
(aren't those white feathers in the below photo?)
fabulous shots Bazza!
