Looks like this tree is doing it's thang a bit earlier than it should, taken in East Park mayhap? You've really captured some very nice colours here.
I think is a very interesting tree glad it asked for a picture.
Pretty soon those berries will ferment and you will have a drunken tree.

Guess they don't have any Red Delicious over there. Maybe call your variety Sorta Tasty?
