That's a much better quality of graffiti then Vegas gets! (However, painting someone else's property without permission is considered vandalism no matter how lovely the paint job is.)
Yeah. It's art. I wish we could provide spaces for this stuff to happen. I mean, part of the appeal may be the vandalism, but there should be open urban spaces for this sort of expression...it's really amazing, your local graffiti. ART, indeed.
